Parks Tacoma is making improvements to Jefferson Park!

This project proposes to construct a permanent combined restroom and pumphouse building in Jefferson Park, replacing the portable restrooms currently in use. This building will serve as a long-term replacement for the restroom building that was damaged by fires in 2021.

Additionally, this project will consider the expansion of the building footprint to include a small community space designed to support events and activities within the park.
