Peck Community Sports Park Master Plan
Parks Tacoma comprehensively and collaboratively developed a schematic plan for Peck Community Sports Park (formerly known as Peck Athletic Complex) that reflects the community’s priorities, along with the placement of one all-season, multi-sport field at this location. To our community members who engaged in this redesign process with us, thank you. Your input and conversation directly informed the updated master plan that reflects the community's priorities. Phase 1: Tacoma Public School’s Baseball Field Construction
- Construction complete: December 2024
- Ribbon-Cutting Ceremony: January 15, 2025
Phase 2: Multiuse Synthetic Field Design Construction
- Anticipated to accommodate baseball, soccer, t-ball, kickball, & more
- Design & construction: 2025-2027

Phase 2 Public Meeting
Join us at Hilltop Heritage Middle School on Thursday, September 25, 6-7:30pm as we discuss the next steps for improvements at Peck Community Sports Park. We are into Phase 2 of this project, which will consist of multiuse synthetic field design and construction. Share your input on the remaining play features including sports courts, playground, parking and passive space, and make this park the best it can be for your community.
